At Sam’s Butcher Shop we make all of our smokehouse items small batch, and you can taste that freshness with every bite!  Please allow us up to 1 week to prepare your order.

Kielbasa is the classic Polish smoked sausage, consisting of “medium grind” pork and flavored simply with garlic, salt, and pepper.  This delicious sausage blend is stuffed into a natural casing and smoked for five hours with cherry wood, which imparts a deep, reddish color.

All smokehouse meats are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F.

    We moved from Pa. and my wife has Polish background. We have the Polish Christmas Eve dinner where Kielbasa is part of the dinner. Have spent over 15 years trying to find it out here with no luck. Even tried stuff from other makers outside California but no luck and tried some Polish butcher shops here but still couldn't find decent kielbasa here in California. Its just a high garlic flavored hotdog sold as the real thing. Sam's is the best that we have found in 40 years.

    Really happy with the order! Packaging was fun and the items arrived promptly. The kielbasi was delicious ...plump and aromatic with well-balanced seasonings. Would definately order again.

    Smoky with just the right amount of spice, these kielbasas are amazing. Every time I opened my 'fridge, I was greeted with the mouthwatering smell of fresh smoked meat. SO GOOD. I am buying these as gifts for Father's Day and will have a few on hand for my Fourth of July cook out.
