Smoked Salmon (Two 1-lb Packs)

I have to omit this is my favorite and again Sam NEVER disappoints!!! We like to have this on salads also great on crackers with wine. Just can't get enough of this stuff and a must buy!!!

This salmon ridiculous. By far the best smoked salmon I've ever had! I brought this to Thanksgiving and shared it with my family. My sister, who is not a salmon fan, ate more than her share and said she will be ordering for Christmas.

My wife made penne pasta with Sam's delicious smoked salmon, capers, chopped & sauteed red onions, parsley, and fresh shaved parmigiano cheese, mixed with olive oil & some leftover pasta water. The smoked salmon was delicious. It wasn't overpoweringly smoky. The capers & red onions went well with it as well. I also had it on a crispy toasted everything bagel, with jalapeno cream cheese, for breakfast. It was a perfect combination. I hollowed out the inside of the bagel, to remove most of the breading, so it was mostly just the crust. Hands down the best smoked salmon I can remember ever having. Smoked flavor is distinct and mild - but not too mild. Very moist...just great. I was going to split the pound with my son but ended up eating the full pound myself in just a few days. The pound of salmon ended up being more (larger) than I expected. I'll definitely be buying more with my next order!

Not only did it arrive well packed, it was nearly gone on Christmas Eve! Texture, taste and to forever be enjoined in a meal mind. Salmon has been consumed from Vancouver to Cape Breton Island and this is the best! Salmon, penne pasta, capers, shredded parmesan and a little oil. Dry white wine. Oh happy, happy times and when no one is looking - lick the plate.

When smoked salmon on an appetizer tray causes family fights between teenage children you know you have found something special. No one was harmed in the eating of the salmon but a few elbows were thrown and some salmon skin was mashed into the carpet that subsequently was handled by the dog who is very thankful he was adopted into our family.

So I bought a pound of this delicacy for a cocktail party. Most smoked salmon is tasteless and dry, not this one. So instead of having left overs for me, all I received were complaints because I did not have enough to meet the demand. Sam has outdone himself with this product.
