BEST SALMON EVER!
I read reviews for the smoked salmon, and was unsure whether to purchase or not, but I am sooooo glad I changed my mind because this is the most flavorful and MOIST salmon I have ever had! So the reviews are true! AWESOMENESS! We ate the whole pound in 1 day!

I have to omit this is my favorite and again Sam NEVER disappoints!!! We like to have this on salads also great on crackers with wine. Just can't get enough of this stuff and a must buy!!!

This salmon ridiculous. By far the best smoked salmon I've ever had! I brought this to Thanksgiving and shared it with my family. My sister, who is not a salmon fan, ate more than her share and said she will be ordering for Christmas.

Heavenly Smoked Salmon!
My wife made penne pasta with Sam's delicious smoked salmon, capers, chopped & sauteed red onions, parsley, and fresh shaved parmigiano cheese, mixed with olive oil & some leftover pasta water. The smoked salmon was delicious. It wasn't overpoweringly smoky. The capers & red onions went well with it as well. I also had it on a crispy toasted everything bagel, with jalapeno cream cheese, for breakfast. It was a perfect combination. I hollowed out the inside of the bagel, to remove most of the breading, so it was mostly just the crust. Fabulous moist smoked salmon, I'[m hooked!
Hands down the best smoked salmon I can remember ever having. Smoked flavor is distinct and mild - but not too mild. Very moist...just great. I was going to split the pound with my son but ended up eating the full pound myself in just a few days. The pound of salmon ended up being more (larger) than I expected. I'll definitely be buying more with my next order!
