These fresh capons are raised at Pallman Farms (Clarks Summit, PA): https://pallmanfarms.com/farm-fresh-turkeys-capons/ Over the course of a 12 hour period, the capons are smoked with cherry wood and then slow cooked. The starting weight is 13 lbs and the final weight after smoking is 10 lbs. Just heat and serve this fully cooked, moist, smoked capon and avoid all of the hassles of cooking one.
