Best Andouille
I was originally referred to Sam's while looking online for a good andouille. Our local supply was either spotty or non-existant. Last year I ordered three andouille which I carefully metered out to my cajun meals. This year I ordered three more (I have a small freezer) and again they are just scrumptious. I use them for family dinner night as a special treat.
