Small Batch, Made Fresh! Please allow us 1 week to prepare your order. It has less than 1/3 of the fat of slab bacon but is not as lean/dry as Canadian bacon. This is made the same way as the buckboard bacon except it is not marinated in molasses.

Been cooking with the pork shoulder
Great smoke flavor and very meaty; I have made so far, omelette to die for, beans, and with eggs over easy. I bought 5 lbs and plan to liberally use this great pork shoulder.

Pork Shoulder Bacon
This bacon is simply delicious. Never had any so tasty. Wonderful smoky sweet flavor, so tender it melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!!

The BEST bacon EVER!
I had a supplier of Pork Shoulder Bacon in Eastern PA, but their smokehouse burned to the ground and they decided not to rebuild it. :( Then...I found Sam's!!! So very VERY pleased with their product. It exceeds all my expectations. I've ordered twice now and will continue to do so for a long long time. Great bacon!!!
I baked the bacon in the oven as I usually do and it cooked in less time than other bacon that I have made in the past. This bacon is very lean and has a great taste. I was very happy with it and will be purchasing more when my supply finishes. Thanks Sam
