Pork Carnitas Thin Crust Pizza

Tonight my wife made a delicious thin crust pizza with Sam's pulled pork carnitas, red, yellow, & jalapeno peppers,mushrooms, olives, mozzarella cheese, and red onions, among other ingredients 
We topped it off with a nice Cajun Chef spicy green hot sauce. The carnitas were on the bottom, which is why you could hardly see them. Next time we have to try the carnitas in a taco.
