Small Batch, Made Fresh!  Please allow us 1 week to prepare your order.  An Italian style pork roast seasoned with garlic, pepper, and your choice of fennel or sage. The porchetta’s fork tender consistency results from many hours of slow cooking on low heat.  Re-heat in the oven on 325 F to an internal temperature of 125 F, and check the temperature every half hour.  It should take at least one hour to fully re-heat.

    If you've tried porchetta-you know. But Sam's porchetta is beyond imagination! You've got to try it. I ordered all 3 kinds, they arrived timely, well packed, I shared with friends and family! All 3 (fennel, sage and dill) equally good! Well cooked, delicious, the taste is out of this world. The crispy skin even better. I am not a porchetta expert, but you don't have to be an expert to appreciate good food. This is culinary artistry! I will definitely order again. I strongly recommend him!

    Great tasting porchetta

    Porchetta came wrapped in pork belly just like Grandma made. Heat and served. Everyone at dinner loved it.

    We ordered a couple porchetta for the holidays. They were wonderful. If you enjoy porchetta you need to try Sam’s. They are great!!

    It's hard to find pork roast with the right amount of fat. This is excellent and reminds me of porchettas my grandmother prepared.
