Small Batch, Made Fresh!  Please allow us 1 week to prepare your order.  An Italian style pork roast seasoned with garlic, pepper, and your choice of fennel or sage. The porchetta’s fork tender consistency results from many hours of slow cooking on low heat.  Re-heat in the oven on 325 F to an internal temperature of 125 F, and check the temperature every half hour.  It should take at least one hour to fully re-heat.

    The porchetta with fennel from Sam's is out of this world. Awesome.. Can't find porchetta down here so I have mine shipped in from PA. Totally worth every penny. The best. No doubt.

    Awesome. Simply the best. I live in Florida and have mine shipped here. Costs me an arm and a leg, but, it's worth it.

    The herbs and spices were perfect. The meat was tender. The cooking time was so easy. I will order this again and recommend it to anyone.

    Far and away the best tasting and textured pork we've ever eaten. Simply warm it in the oven and it's ready for a perfect dinner presentation. Family and friends raved about it!
